About Maria,
Maria Hayman is an experienced Reiki Master who has been initiated in the Usui Tradition of Reiki for more than 10 years. Maria is a retired Senior Nurse and is able to see how, together, orthodox and complementary treatments may help those in need of support, often at difficult periods in their life.
Married with two grown up sons, she lives in Dinas Powis with her husband Stuart. Maria practices from home and also offers Crystal Healing, Colour Breathing and Indian Head Massage treatments.
As the co-author of a BSc Honours degree in Complementary Therapies, Maria is also a part-time lecturer on the course, which runs at UWIC.
‘I hope that the experience you have over the coming day(s) will be one that you will always remember as something that changed your life for the better. Reiki is a wonderful gift to have and is something that you will ‘carry’ with you for the rest of your life. Use it wisely and share this gift with those members of your family and friends who may need something gentle to sustain them at times of great need or often just the touch of your hand to make them feel loved and cared for. May the love and light of the angels and the healing light of Reiki be with you and surround you, protecting you now and always’.
